Supreme Court Upholds Bill Cosby’s Overturned Conviction

New updates have arrived in Bill Cosby‘s Supreme Court case.

Full story below…

The court voted 4-3 on March 7 to leave in place the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s from last summer, which nullified Cosby’s conviction for an aggravated indecent assault of Andrea Constand.

Cosby’s spokesperson told TMZ:

“On behalf of Mr. & Mrs. Cosby and the Cosby family, we would like to offer our sincere gratitude to the justices of the United States Supreme Court for following the rules of law and protecting the Constitutional Rights of ALL American Citizens of these United States. Mr. Cosby’s Constitutional Rights were a ‘reprehensible bait and switch’ by Kevin Steele, Judge Steve T. O’Neill and their cohorts.”

“This is truly a victory for Mr. Cosby but it shows that cheating will never get you far in life and the corruption that lies within Montgomery County District’s Attorney Office has been brought to the center stage of the world. Thank you very much.”

Last year, ‘The Cosby Show’ actor was released from the Pennsylvania prison where he’d been serving a 3 to 10-year sentence (as we reported here). His release was granted after the state Supreme Court ruled that his right to due process had been violated.

It is worth noting that Cosby is still facing a lawsuit filed by Judy Huth for sexual battery.

So we’re just going to ignore what his deposition said in 2004 even though it’s from his own mouth and his words about what he did….smh…A technicality error ..wtf.. what if this was a serial killer instead of a sexual predator would they just release him back on the streets….And then The audacity to say cheating will never get you far in life Just Wow…

here’s the thing your are being obtuse about: THEY HAD AGREED TO ACCEPT HIS CONFESSION AND SOME TYPE OF ARRANGEMENT…. so after he did all that, they re-negued AND PROSECUTED HIM STILL. So that is a NO-NO. so you see: NO-ONE is saying that he didnt do it… what we’re saying is that the DA offered and signed on an agreement, and then did the opposite. And, THAT is technicality
