‘Black Adam’ is heading to the big screen

Dwayne Johnson [The Rock] has been tapped to star as the superhero in the Warner Bros action-adventure, which is unleashed next month.

Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, the movie serves as the first to explore the story of the dynamic D.C figure.

Almost 5,000 years after being bestowed with the seismic powers of the ancient gods—and thrown behind bars just as swiftly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.

Now, an extended preview of the film – which also stars Aldis Hodge and Pierce Brosnan – has been unveiled.
