Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill have found a definitive resolution around the dissolution of their marriage.
However, a cloud of confusion now hangs over their now-finalized divorce.

TMZ reports that the paperwork formalizing the split between ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ alum and the sportscaster has been processed bringing an end to their two year marriage.
At the time Bailey announced the split, she claimed that cheating was not a factor and the pair jointly added that they “remain good friends.”
Yet, per the filing, the RHOA star made clear that the marriage was irretrievably broken with no chance of reconciliation. And get this, “inappropriate adulterous relations” was cited – which, of course, is in direct contrast to the initial remarks.
Adding to the confusion. A legal rep for Bailey now say that a mistake was made in the filing and that there indeed was no adultery involved.
A statement read:
“The initial divorce filing between Cynthia Bailey and Mike Hill, which included inappropriate adulterous relations, was incorrect. The sole reason for the pending divorce is due to only irreconcilable differences. An amended petition is being filed immediately to correct that allegation by the legal representation of Meachum and Associates.”
“We are and always will be friends and wish each other well.”
