The credits are about to roll on season 7 of the ‘Real Housewives of Potomac,’ but it appears the fireworks are still popping. Because Michael Darby has filed a lawsuit against Candiace Dillard relating to a remark made on the hit Bravo show.

According to TMZ, Michael – who is the soon-to-be-ex-husband of Ashley Darby – is none too impressed with suggestions
In a scene aired during season 6 of the show, Candiace – who was sparring with Ashley at the time – said:
“Your husband likes to leave you and go to a man named [censored]’s house and suck his d**k.”
It was later allegedly implied that Michael paid for the supposed encounter.
The oft-controversial businessman is denying the claims and says he fired off a cease and desist to Candiace for defamation. However, she has yet to walk back the comment.

It’s not that easy to get a judgment for defamation. You actually have to show how you were damaged. Candiace clearly says that she is relaying information that someone else said. She didn’t invent the rumor. Also, singling out Candiace for “defaming” him, when Robyn claimed that she heard him say that he would suck Juan’s D, and he didn’t do anything about it, shows that he is comfortable with being associated with that activity. Also, grabbing the producer’s bottom on camera shows that being associated with homos3xual activity isn’t defaming his character in any way.
This case will be dismissed as the frivolous lawsuit that it is.
Michael is an extremely wealthy man. The defamation suit has several items of evidence from Bravo clips, or Candice has used relentless liable language pertaining to Michael and Ashley. Candice is called Ashley a s****, a bad w****. And all other horrific names. Furthermore this is her second lawsuit, The first one was with Monique which was a battery lawsuit, and now this one is a defamation lawsuit… There’s a pattern here that she is a liability for Bravo, and it’s only a matter of time before they show her the door.
She thinks her mouth is so clever but her mouth is causing her lawsuit after lawsuit. None of the original OG’s of the show have ever had any lawsuit levied against them… It’s amazing how she’s already had two and since appearing on the third season. She better go borrow some money from her mother and father because she’s going to need it with Michael’s deep pockets!
