Almost four months after the death of DC Young Fly‘s partner Ms Jacky Oh, an official autopsy has relayed the official cause of her passing.

Per the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner’s investigations report, the 33-year-old – born Jacklyn Smith – died from complications of cosmetic surgery.

According to the filing, Jacky underwent a “gluteal augmentation procedure” (a Brazilian Butt Lift / BBL) on May 30. During which, there were no complications.

Post-surgery, she was prescribed various medications such as Ciprofloxacin (an antibiotic), Oxycodone (a painkiller), and Ondansetron (anti-nausea).

However, she developed an unrelenting headache and was advised to take ibuprofen and cease the Ondansetron by a nurse.

A day later, on May 31, Jacky “began to feel like her head was burning” and then began to have “difficulty speaking.”

Her Aunt quickly called emergency services and, by the time they arrived, she had become totally unresponsive. She was rushed to hospital where she was sadly pronounced dead.

The autopsy highlights that Smith had swelling in her brain; there was also excessive bleeding of the skin around her torso.

Her death has officially been ruled an accident.

Both Jacky and DC, who shared three children together starred on the hit MTV show ‘Wild ‘N Out.’
