In Thanksgiving news we couldn’t have predicted, ‘Unpredictable‘ hitmaker Jamie Foxx has been hit with a lawsit for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in New York.

According to a suit filed Wednesday (November 22), a woman who identifies as “Jane Doe” says the Academy Award winner assaulted her at a rooftop bar in New York when he rubbed her breasts and groped inside her pants against her will in 2015.

She said the unwanted touching even included putting his fingers “on and in” her vagina and anus, leading her to soreness that required medical attention.

Doe says the incident happened after she spotted Foxx and asked him for a photo; he obliged but then began complimenting her excessively.

Comparing her beauty to that of actress Gabrielle Union‘s, the plaintiff says he told her she smelled good and had a “supermodel body.” The suit also alleges a security guard witnessed the groping but did not intervene.

Jane seeks compensation from Jamie and the bar owner for pain and suffering as well as humiliation, emotional distress, and anxiety.

Reports have it the suit is “one of many filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act, which opened a one-year window to file sexual abuse claims that would otherwise be barred by the statute of limitations.”
