Tiffany Haddish has officially been charged in her second DUI case.

As reported, the comedienne found herself in serious trouble earlier this month when she was arrested by cops who found her asleep at the wheel of her car following a comedy show in Los Angeles.
The timing was especially awkward as the arrest took place just days before the trial for a previous DUI from last year in Georgia was set to take place.
In the time since, Haddish – who returned to the stage quickly after the news hit – saw her case under review by the L.A. District Attorney’s Office. Today they have announced their decision to charge her with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a .08% BAC.
The ‘Girls Trip’ star now faces jail time and it’s due to laws regarding the second offense.
Both States have laws that require jail time for a second offense for anyone convicted; in California, the minimum is 4 days and it’s 3 days in Georgia.

My thoughts exactly! Hope she gets exactly what she’s asking for by being a repeat offender, at this point she deserves jail time, it’s the only way she might learn a lesson.
