The ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ is used to being a headline magnet.
And the latest news surrounding the hit show has centered on a much-talked-about reboot of the cast.
With viewers not feeling the most recent configuration of peach holders (and being oh so vocal about it), multiple sources – including the Housewives themselves – have confirmed that a shakeup is incoming.
Naturally, all eyes are on what’s next for the show.
And Kandi Burruss has weighed in with an update…of sorts.

Speaking with fans during a live chat, Kandi – who is the longest serving Housewife across any franchise – offered up the following when quizzed on the status of the RHOA refresh:
“They still haven’t told anyone who they bringing back. They are tripping. They act like people don’t have a life. people have plans. We have to make plans for other things.”
In another recent live Q&A, the multihyphenate star said:
“They are still working on the new cast. So, I can’t tell you anything [as of yet].”

Kandi’s words come on the heels of Sheree Whitfield confirming that “they are doing some casting” and echoed the mass sentiment that a shakeup is “needed.”
