Taraji P. Henson set the net ablaze and had the world in a deep dialogue about inequality after breaking down the pay disparity she’s experienced as a Black actress in a now-viral interview.
With the discourse ongoing, Vivica A. Fox was quizzed on the matter and offered up an interesting response.

TMZ caught up with the ‘Kill Bill’ actress/entrepreneur and directly quizzed her about her thoughts on Henson’s experience and choice to speak up.
In response, Fox made clear that she “didn’t have that experience” and is “good” before seemingly expressing some semblance of solidarity.
She said:
“To each [their] own. I am very happy, very blessed. To each [their] own. I didn’t have that experience, so…you know. But to get your piece out is important. I totally understand that. And I love my girls for looking out for each other. But…I’m good.”

Just ask our favs 90s movie stars. She walked so Taraji could run (kinda, since Taraji is still being low balled). Auntie Viv stepped into her entrepreneurial, director, producer bag and she keeps a Hallmark, Lifetime gig and random TV endorsements. Cant forget those horrible wigs that actually sell. Lol. All that adds up.

Right, I agree. She can only speak from her own experiences and she hasn’t really been in Taraji’s shoes so she can’t really speak on the pay gap. Her deals with Lifetime have given her a lifeline so to speak so I think that’s why she feels like she’s good.
Vivica was super busy in 2022 and she didn’t do too bad last year, so I can understand her response. On a side note, are those autograph hounds or real fans in the video? They acted like Vivica was signing for a business transaction. I would’ve had a smile on my face and been thrilled to meet her.
I get where both are coming from, but ppl favor who they favor as we see in Hollywood.
Unfortunately alot of ppl of color will be the lowest paid and contribute the most bcuz they allow it, Simply put.
Vivica dominated the 90s. Halle was a big name but Vivica was right along with her from Booty Call, Soul Food, Kingdom come, SET IT OFF, Two can play that game, Independence Day, Batman and Robin , Why do fools fall in love.
These are just the ones off the top of my head. Those films aren’t some straight to DVDs, majority are STAPLES in cinema. If not a staple it’s a blockbuster.
Y’all are TRIPPING if y’all are questioning Fox’s resume. What I listed isn’t even all her movies or tv shows or special guest appearances in tv shows.
Vivica was THAT girl in her prime.
She definitely was in some hit movies in the 90s up until about 04 then everything started to b lower budget. If she was fine with her pay she should have shut up. Don’t go against the good fight. Yt ppl stick together when will we learn.
Vivica’s agent/management team was probably able to negotiate decent money for her especially on the projects with big budgets. Taraji should consider a hiring a new manager and seeking out a new agent. But at the end of the day it will still all come back to “brand recognition” and how many seats your name can fill.
I’m not counting Vivica’s money or questioning her claims, I just think she could’ve been a little more supportive. She came off a bit cold in my opinion.
Vivica slept her way through Hollywood and probably didn’t have a clue. Thas t’s why she’s good.
Taraji Henson is not a low grade actress, she’s outstanding in her craft, pay her for what she’s worth. Thank you 50 cent for supporting her.
