The mother-daughter duo has filed a defamation lawsuit, accusing Ray J of fabricating a federal racketeering investigation against them.
Filed by powerhouse attorney Alex Spiro, the suit argues that Ray J has waged a decades-long smear campaign since his brief relationship with Kardashian ended over 20 years ago. They point to his comments in TMZ’s Tubi documentary ‘United States vs. Sean Combs’, where he suggested RICO charges would “make sense” for the Kardashians.
Matters escalated further during a September 24 livestream with Chrisean Rock, in which Ray J claimed:
“The feds is coming, there’s nothing I can do about it. It’s worse than Diddy.”
Kardashian and Jenner insist the false statements have caused:
“substantial and ongoing harm to their personal and professional reputation.”
The lawsuit seeks compensatory and punitive damages, marking the first time either has filed a defamation claim.
