The founder of Slutty Vegan has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, citing approximately $1.4 million in government and tax debt.
This move comes after what’s being described as a $10 million corporate crisis that forced her restaurant chain to downsize from 14 locations to just five.
Cole is set to debut as a full-time cast member on the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ this April, meaning her business challenges could very well play out in front of Bravo cameras.
But if you think Pinky is embarrassed, think again.
She took to Instagram with humor, posting a funny video addressing people labeling her “broke.”
In true Pinky fashion, she leaned into the moment.
