According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ alum claims Biermann has been physically abusive toward their children, including an incident where he allegedly threw one of their sons over a couch during a heated argument. She also accuses him of exposing the children to inappropriate sexual behaviour in the home, claiming they have overheard sexual activity on multiple occasions.
Zolciak further alleges that concerns raised by the children about their living situation have been dismissed by a court-appointed guardian, despite repeated claims of emotional distress, hunger and illness while in Biermann’s care. She insists professionals have failed to intervene because the alleged abuse “did not leave marks.”
Biermann has not publicly responded to the specific claims at present, and the legal battle between the pair remains ongoing.
