Tia Mowry is glowing in a new chapter of love.
A month after going Instagram official with Javon’e Williams, the actress is opening up about the man who has captured her heart and the intentional way their romance is unfolding.

Tia Mowry Opens Up About Boyfriend Javon’e Williams
Speaking on SiriusXM’s ‘Today Show Radio’, Mowry shared more about Williams, revealing that he is a teacher, holds a master’s degree, studied in France, is an artist, and is also an avid reader.
The 47-year-old also lifted the lid on the softer moments that have helped define their bond so far. From meditation to nighttime reading, Mowry made clear that the relationship is rooted in calm, care, and emotional connection.
She gushed:
“Some of my favorite things that we do together is we will go to a Buddhist temple, and we will meditate. We meditate every Wednesday. He will read to me, like, at night before we go to bed. And the books that we’re reading is about co-parenting.”
Mowry, who shares son Cree, 15, and daughter Cairo, 8, with ex-husband Cory Hardrict, said Williams also has two children around the same ages.
She added:
“He is just… He’s a wonderful human being… some of the things that he just says, like, is, ‘How can I support you?’ His emotional intelligence is amazing.”

The ‘Sister, Sister’ star went on to say she “manifested” the kind of partner she wanted after taking time to sit in solitude, learn herself, and visualize feeling safe in love.
This marks Mowry’s first public relationship since her 2023 split from Hardrict after 14 years of marriage.
