Sidney Starr is facing serious legal trouble.
The reality television personality was arrested on Sunday in Hapeville, Georgia, on multiple felony charges involving a minor.

The Charges
Per TMZ, Hapeville Police took Starr into custody at an Embassy Suites hotel.
She has been charged with sexual battery against a child under 16, aggravated child molestation, and sodomy. None of the allegations has been proven in court, and Starr has not entered a plea.
What Police Have Said
The Hapeville Police Department is releasing nothing further, telling FOX 5 Atlanta that the involvement of a juvenile precludes further comment.
“Because this case involves a juvenile, no additional information will be released from our agency.”
The matter has been referred to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. Starr, whose legal name is Sidney Favors, remains held at the Fulton County Jail.

Starr, 37, is a model and television personality whose credits include ‘Love & Hip Hop: New York,’ ‘Wild ‘N Out,’ and the ‘Baddies’ franchise.
She has not publicly addressed the allegations, and no attorney has been listed on her behalf.
