Porsha Williams has scored a major victory in the long-running financial fallout from her marriage to Simon Guobadia.
More than a year after their divorce was finalized, the former couple have reached an agreement on the remaining matters between them.

According to TMZ, the Bravo favorite told the court that her ex has transferred his interest in their multimillion-dollar Atlanta mansion to her. The handover came via a quitclaim deed.
That’s not all.
The Spoils
The 45-year-old is also said to be entitled to $1,568,181.63 in reimbursement from Guobadia’s share of the property’s equity. On top of that, she walks away with full ownership of a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.
Crucially, she can now refinance or sell the home outright. No approval from her ex or an arbitrator is required.
Both parties reportedly confirmed the terms under oath at an August 5 hearing. There, they told the judge the agreement settled all outstanding issues between them.
A Contentious Road
It marks a significant final chapter to an especially bitter split. Indeed, the reality star filed for divorce after just 15 months of marriage, with the legal wrangling that followed playing out very publicly.
Last year, she declared she was “finally able to exhale” once the divorce itself was finalized.
Her ex, however, later accused her of targeting him for “financial reasons” while vowing to keep fighting the financial rulings.
With this latest agreement, that battle now appears to have reached the finish line.
