Tasha Smith is happy to talk about the cosmetic work she has had done. But a nose job? She says that is not on the list.

The actress addressed speculation about her appearance while thanking viewers for supporting ‘Why Did I Get Married Again’, her latest reunion with Tyler Perry.

In an Instagram video, Smith pushed back on the suggestion that she had surgically altered her nose:

“I never had a nose job. I’ve always had this nose, okay?”

She did, however, acknowledge dental work, breast enhancement, Botox, and fillers. All with her trademark sense of humor.

The candid moment comes as the star reprises Angela in Perry’s latest marriage-centered movie, which premiered this week on Netflix

As the extended trailer revealed, the familiar faces reunite for a destination wedding at Lake Como. Michael Jai White returns as Angela’s husband, Marcus, with Jill Scott and other franchise favorites also back.

It is a reunion Smith once doubted would happen. Back in 2025, she expressed uncertainty about a third film while remaining open to returning.

Now Angela is back, and Smith herself has folks talking.
