According to TMZ, which reports reviewing the lawsuit, the association alleges that Marcille received multiple notices concerning neighborhood maintenance standards.
The filing reportedly cites untreated weeds, an unmowed lawn, inoperable or improperly registered vehicles and trash cans being left in public view.
The HOA alleges that the model and actress was given sufficient time to address the disputed issues but did not bring the property into compliance. In addition to the claimed balance, it is asking a judge to order corrective action.
Marcille had not publicly responded to the allegations at the time of reporting. As such, the association’s claims remain unproven in court.
The legal development arrives during a period of renewed personal and professional visibility for the star. She recently led the fifth and final season of ‘All the Queen’s Men’ and previously confirmed that she had reconciled with Michael Sterling after their divorce.
We will update the story should Marcille or her representative issue a response.
