Naomi Campbell has been an ardent advocate for racial equality.

As such, when the supermodel appeared on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen fittingly quizzed her on recent comments made by Vogue‘s Editor Anna Wintour. 

The head of the fashion bible is quoted as saying:

“I want to say plainly that I know Vogue has not found enough ways to elevate and give space to black editors, writers, photographers, designers and other creators. We have made mistakes too, publishing images or stories that have been hurtful or intolerant. I take full responsibility for those mistakes.”

July 30 was the original launch date for Tamar Braxton‘s forthcoming WE tv reality series, ‘Get Ya Life!’

HBO invites the masses to ‘Lovecraft Country’ on August 16th. 

Executive produced by ‘Get Out’s Jordan Peele, the hotly anticipated drama is based on Matt Ruff’s book of the same name.

The series follows Atticus Freeman (Jonathan Majors) as teams with his friend Letitia (Jurnee Smollett) and Uncle George (Courtney B. Vance) to embark on a road trip across 1950s Jim Crow America to find his father (Michael Kenneth Williams) — who has been missing.

What happens next is a story of struggle and survival to survive and overcome racist horrors.

Kanye West is backtracking.

The rapper made headlines the world over when he threw jabs at wife Kim Kardashian in a shocking Twitter rant.

In unpacking his desire for a divorce, he likened his life to a real life mirroring of the movie ‘Get Out,’ implied Kardashian had extramarital relations with rapper Meek Mill, and labelled her Mom Kris Jenner “Kris Jong-Un.”

Also, in a preceding South Carolina rally for his US presidential campaign, Ye claimed his wife had initially wanted an abortion upon falling pregnant with their first child North.

Many waited with bated breath for Kardashian’s response. Yet, when it materialized, it centered more on the need for understanding – given West’s bipolar disorder.

Now, the MC is pivoting from his initial stance and has issued a public apology to his wife.
