The impassioned rapper, now years removed from the trauma at that point, admitted that the accusations forced him to question his own masculinity and steer clear from anything he deemed to be effeminate.

As Beyonce‘s show-stopping performance on last night’s CMAs continues to be a polarizing topic for racists some of the ceremony’s biggest supporters, more and more reports are surfacing sharing news on the controversial showing.

The latest?  Those pesky ratings!

Indeed, a number of outlets are reporting the 50th annual edition of the awards show, which aired live last night on ABC, finished with its lowest viewership to date.  Going head-to-head with Major League Baseball and losing fans due to a boycott promised by viewers displeased with Bey’s reported appearance, the CMAs managed to reel in in 12.5 million viewers (an all time low for the country extravaganza).

The strange twist? Social media is reporting the five minutes Beyonce was on stage gave the show its highest ratings ever.  Details inside:
