Meghan Trainor may have scored a top 10 hit on Billboard’s Top Holiday Albums chart with her inaugural yuletide-flavored LP, ‘A Very Trainor Christmas’ (#7 peak), but now it appears the ‘Treat Myself’ maestra is treating fans to a bevy of live performances in support of the effort with hopes of pushing it to even higher Billboard heights.

Just days after rocking ‘The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon’ with the first televised live performance of the set’s Earth, Wind & Fire-assisted single, ‘Holidays’ (click here to watch), Meghan set her sights on ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden’ and ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show.’

First taking to the former Monday night (December 14) to render a stunning rendition of album cut ‘Christmas Got Me Blue,’ Trainor took to the latter Wednesday (December 16) to crank out ‘My Kind of Present’ live.

Once poised for top 10 success on the Hot 100 thanks to a viral response to its catchy hook and the equally memorable fashion and choreography from its music video , Megan Thee Stallion‘s ‘Body’ – which premiered at #12 on the tally (as we reported here) – is now taking a back seat to the barrage of holiday-themed music bombarding the charts.

Sitting at #18 on the refreshed chart, the tune may be slowing down on the sales and streaming front but radio continues to eat the LilJuMadeDaBeat-produced bop up as evidenced by its ownership of this week’s ‘greatest airplay gainer’ title.

To keep the steam pushing ahead, Megan’s not only continuing to hit the live TV circuit in ‘Body’s support but has also unleashed a behind the scenes look at the creation of its glossy music video.

Lady Gaga‘s ‘Chromatica’ era has been quite the roller-coaster.

Indeed, in serving as one of main releases to arrive in the thick of the global health crisis, it’s had a sticky trajectory; one which has seen many of its planned promotional activations paused or pivoted in light of the chaos that has torn through the entertainment industry.

Still, Mother Monster soldiered on and scored wins – namely a #1 debut with the LP on the Billboard 200 and a chart-topping single with ‘Rain On Me’ featuring Ariana Grande.

She also earned critical acclaim for the cinematic visual for ‘911’ – which, in light of a lack radio release, seemed more designed to be an album-selling vehicle.

All the while, there has been mass calls from fans to give ‘Sour Candy’ featuring BLACKPINK the official single treatment.

And it seems Gaga may be taking heed to their requests.
