Welcome back to TGJ Replay!

Designed much like our ‘Retro Rewind’ and ‘From the Vault’ features, ‘Replay’ is That Grape Juice‘s newest reflective segment to act as a written quest, if you will, to re-spin the gems and jams of yesterday. Unlike its retrospective predecessors, ‘Replay’ looks to dust off and showcase entire albums (and eras) from a library of pop and Urban pop music hits.

Now, as fans ready themselves for the highly anticipated Whitney Houston made-for-TV biopic ‘Whitney’ (January 17th at 8/7c on Lifetime), there is no better time to ode the songstress than with today’s replay of her multiplatinum third album ‘I’m Your Baby Tonight.’

After taking to the press to announce he had broken up with singer Jordin Sparks last year, the entertainer has now blasted her for taking to the same outlets to share her side of the story this week, branding her a liar this morning.

For, after learning Sparks has claimed he had leased a car she says he claims to have bought, the ‘Talk Dirty‘ divo took to ‘Instagram’ to prove that her tale was more fiction than it was fact.

Together they created history and now it appears Lady GaGa and producer RedOne are creating new chapters in the their narrative.

Presently hard at work on the follow-up to her 2013 solo LP ‘ARTPOP’, Mother Monster shared a shot of herself in the studio with Red – much to the joy of her fervent fanbase.

Despite crafting smashes such as ‘Bad Romance’, ‘Just Dance’, and ‘Poker Face’, the duo haven’t worked together since the song ‘Judas’ on GaGa’s mega-selling, yet so-so received ‘Born This Way’ album.

Can the pair re-create the magic that dominated the Pop landscape? We sure hope so!

It’s arguable that Red is to GaGa what Quincy Jones was to Michael (the coach with ability to bring out the best in their talent). As such, fingers crossed they can come up with something that is distinctly “GaGa” with a fresh, compelling twist.

Oscar nominee Rita Ora shared this snap of herself on ‘Instagram’ minutes ago, striking a pose as she continues work on the roll out for ‘Doing It‘, her brand new jam with the ‘Fancy’ Charli XCX.

The photo was uploaded after the star learned she had become an Oscar nominated performer  and a BRIT Awards 2015 contender on the very same day, nabbing the enviable noms thanks to music she recorded the movie ‘Beyond the Lights‘ and her forthcoming US debut album.

The Brit Awards 2015 has unveiled its nominations tonight, revealing which acts have seen their work recognised by the organisation before the show’s February 25th due date.

Among the nominees are Pop superstar Beyonce and Brit belles FKA Twigs and Rita Ora. Unfortunately, ‘Who You Are’  belter Jessie J saw her work snubbed this year, locked out of the nominations party despite rocking the charts with her hit single ‘Bang Bang.‘

The Brit-born force that is FKA Twigs welcomes a new video to the world today, self-directed and shot in aid of her latest release ‘Pendulum.’

The visual drops in aid of her debut studio album ‘LP1’ which debuted with 10,370 units in the US and boasts cuts produced by Adele producer Paul Epworth.
