With 968,000 copies sold worldwide since April, it’s safe to say Nicki Minaj‘s ‘Pink Friday : Roman Reloaded’ is on course to fare well once 2011’s Global Year- End chart rolls in.

However, with less than 600,000 units moved in her domestic market, there’s no doubt Minaj is hoping the US leg of its supporting tour will help spark fresh interest in the slow moving release.

So last night, in further support of the project, the Rapper welcomed Young Money boss Lil Wayne to the Miami showing of the tour, serving up a truly wild set.

Brandy bids adieu to Bran-Nu?

As fans eagerly await the visual for Brandy’s new single ‘Put It Down’, the diva is announcing that she has found something else to put down…a try at rapping.  For, with the assistance of hip-hop heavyweight Timbaland, the singer introduced ‘Bran-Nu’ – a rapping alter ego that flexed another of the songstress’s many talents.

However, if her recent interview with Q Deezy of Hot 107.9, fans can wish farewell to the short lived rap attempts of the ‘Human’ hitmaker.  Also brushing up on her electrifying tribute to Whitney Houston (BET Awards), her Tyler Perry directed return to film (‘The Marriage Counselor’), and headlines involving brother Ray J and film co-star Kim Kardashian, it’s safe to say this is indeed a great watch!

I should have known better…than to let you go alone.

Until now details surrounding Lady GaGa‘s fourth LP were about as rare as Rihanna’s chances of scoring a US #1 album.

However, by way of the singer’s close friend Tamar Braxton, fresh information from Camp GaGa has found its way online today- more specifically…on the social networking site Twitter.

Information, which hints at the ‘Fame’ gem working with Rock band ‘White Snake’ on the hotly anticipated project.

With the Pop landscape still a’buzzing following the official reformation of the original Sugababes, the ladies – who aptly go by Mutya Keisha Siobhan – hit the studio today to ensure they capitalise on the gargantuan interest by delivering solid material.

The trio were all smiles as they wrapped up another track for their as yet untitled project – the lead single from which (we hear) is due…”imminently”.
