Rihanna makes her grand return to music tonight with the release of ‘Lift Me Up.’
The stirring track will arrive as the lead single from the soundtrack for ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.’
As reported, the song was written by Rih alongside Tems, Ludwig Göransson, and the film’s director Ryan Coogler; it was recorded in five countries and produced by Göransson.
With anticipation sky-high for the diva’s first original release as a lead artist since 2016, the superstar has unlocked the official cover for the track. Check it out above.
That Grape Juice also had an early listen to the song (and another new Rih number) upon attending a preview screening of the film.

Britney Spears received the wrath of Selena Gomez‘s army of fans, who branded the Pop icon a “40-year-old bully” after interpreting an Instagram post made by the superstar as a diss towards the ‘Lose You to Love Me’ singer.
The drama centered on Spears bemoaning “the nerve of women who stand firmly getting awards and speak on their beliefs about not showing their bodies on instagram.”
What followed were a number of examples that many deemed as being aimed at Gomez – who just recently attended Spears’ wedding to Sam Asghari.
Now, the ‘Baby One More Time’ belter is setting the record straight. For, she says she was not referring to Gomez at all.

Lifted from the superstar’s super-selling ’30’ album, the Joe Talbot-directed visual follows the clips for ‘Easy On Me’ and ‘Oh My God.’
Featuring a cameo from actor Kendrick Sampson, the video sees the British belter muse on the peaks and troughs of life – while watching others do the same.
The visual arrives ahead of the start of the songbird’s ”rescheduled ‘Weekends With Adele’ Las Vegas residency.

Ashanti has broken her silence about Irv Gotti‘s controversial comments about her.
And she didn’t hold back.
Appearing on Angie Martinez‘s ‘IRL (In Real Life)’ podcast, the GRAMMY winner addressed what she called Gotti’s “surge of animosity” towards her.
As reported, during an appearance on Drink Champs, the Murder Inc mogul spilled all sorts of allegations about his former protégé including claims that they were romantically involved and that she betrayed him. He also referred to Ashanti as a “b*tch” multiple times during the segment.
