Ashanti is the latest name to play ELLE Song Association.

No stranger to hits herself, the GRAMMY-winner dived into the fun-filled game with gusto and took vocal flight with classics from the likes of Whitney Houston, Taylor Swift, and Mary J. Blige.

Today brings with it the release of Netflix‘s rousing new rom-com ‘Resort To Love.’

The fun-filled film sees Christina Milian star alongside Jay Pharoah and Sinqua Walls – who play brothers at differing ends of the relationship spectrum with her character Erica.

After a setback in her burgeoning music career, the singer is bamboozled into performing at the destination wedding of her ex Jason (played by Pharoah). She’s then tasked with navigating lingering emotions from the past and embracing possible flame with Caleb (played by Walls).

Ahead of the film’s arrival on the streamer, That Grape Juice‘s Chet Kincaid caught up with the stars who dished on the film in earnest.

The ‘Lovers & Friends Festival’ is back! And it comes bearing the most action-packed line-up many will have ever seen.

As reported, the extravaganza was initially set to take place last year. However, like many events, plans were put on hold due to the global health crisis.

With the live entertainment sphere revving up its engines once again, so too is ‘Lovers & Friends.’

Set to take place in 2022, the new iteration of the spectacle will feature the likes of Usher, Ciara, Lauryn Hill, Brandy, Monica, TLC, and Lil Kim.

The ‘Stoned At The Nail Salon’ singer recently appeared on the newest episode of ‘Vogue’s 73 Questions,’ where she spilled the beans on who she would like to collaborate with, her new ‘Solar Power’ album, and more.

There are many revelations across the 12-minute video, such as: her wanting to work with Harry Styles, being starstruck by Taylor Swift, and revealing that the first song to make her cry was Lou Reed‘s ‘Perfect Day.’

DaBaby continues to speak up and out against ongoing backlash stemming from homophobic and insensitive commentary he delivered at Sunday’s ‘Rolling Loud’ (July 25).

As has been extensively reported, the rapper (born Jonathan Kirk) has been dominating news cycles since he openly slammed ‘men who suck d*ck in parking lots’ and people living with HIV during his live performance at the concert festival – a stance that brewed swift criticism from concertgoers, fans, LGBTQ+ advocates and allies, and even fellow celebrities like Dua Lipa, Elton John, Anitta, Demi Lovato, and more.

Now, after issuing multiple statements and even a music video to address the hoopla of the matter, Kirk is still using his platform to clap back at detractors – likely to his detriment.
