It’s been days since Phylicia Rashad first made headlines for publicly supporting the prison release of her longtime friend/embattled ‘Cosby Show’ co-star Bill Cosby, but calls continue for the veteran actress to step down as Dean of Fine Arts at Howard University – a gig she just started July 1.

The 73-year-old’s initial commentary – deemed by many to be ‘insensitive to sexual assault survivors’ – took her name to trending status on social media, even earning jeers from the university itself as well as the likes of fans and celebrities including fellow iconic TV mom Janet Hubert (of ‘Fresh Prince’).

Despite following the backlash by issuing two apologetic statements, Rashad’s been granted little sympathy from the court of public opinion – a condition that’s inspired Cosby to enter the chat to defend his one-time TV wife.

Ed Sheeran has revealed what it was like filming his latest music video.

The ‘Shape of You’ singer has just shared a new behind-the-scenes video for the making of his ‘Bad Habits’ music video.

In the new three-minute clip in which the singer reveals the lengths he went to turn into a vampire for the visual. This includes seeing Sheeran in the make-up chair getting his red hair dyed, slipping in his honed chompers, and putting on his sharp black fake fingernails.

It’s been well over a decade since Pop icon Janet Jackson and legendary producer Jermaine Dupri ended their nearly 8-year relationship, but the latter’s protégé – rapper-actor Bow Wow (born Shad Moss) – feels their reunion is long overdue.

Just last year (as we reported here), J.D. spoke openly for the first time about the demise of his relationship with the ‘Together Again’ diva – citing her disinterest in relocating to Atlanta as a major catalyst toward the dissolution of their union.   But since the two have remained good friends over the years despite the breakup (and are both reportedly single at the moment), Moss believes there is a chance they could work it out.
