Presented by award-winning journalist and news anchor Robin Roberts, the made-for-TV movie is set to chronicle Jackson’s humble beginnings in the Jim Crow South to her historic rise to fame – a barrier-breaking journey that saw her publicly wage war for civil rights and equality alongside the likes of Dr. Martin Luther King while privately battling her own personal woes.

Season 9 of ‘Basketball Wives’ is already providing slam dunk drama.

And it’s spilling off the screen.

In the latest episode of the VH1 hit, viewers saw popular castmate OG clash with Kristen Scott over the colorism debate that encased the entirety of the show’s preceding season.

And despite being firm in her belief that she received a racialized jab from Evelyn Lozada, OG is insisting that she isn’t the one pushing the colorist narrative this season.
