What do Lizzo, Camila Cabello, and Billie Eilish all have in common? Well, first is that all three managed to nab a #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 over the last three weeks. Consecutively succeeding each other.

Second is that they deservingly share the cover of ELLE magazine’s annual Women In Music Issue.

The stunning features, all lensed by Yvan Fabing, spotlight the ladies in their prime time shine and sees them discuss a variety of topics including body positivity, romance, and the gruelling nature of the business.

Camila Cabello is wasting no time kicking off her sophomore campaign.

Because moments after debuting two new singles, she has lifted the lid on the video for focus cut ‘Shameless.’

Directed by Henry Scholfield (who has helmed clips for the likes of Billie Eilish and Rosalia), the visual is the first taste of the songbird’s new LP ‘Romance.’

Speaking on the project, Cabello said:

These songs are basically the story of my life the past couple years and the stories I’ve accumulated – I knew for a long time I wanted my album to be called Romance because these stories are about falling in love.”

It’s sophomore season for Camila Cabello!

Fresh from nabbing her second #1, the starlet has hatched two new songs ‘Liar’ and ‘Shameless’ – both of which are lifted from her upcoming album (believed to be titled ‘Romance’).

The project holistically is pivotal for the former Fifth Harmony member, who’ll no doubt be looking to cement her solo viability on her second swing of the bat.

Rolling out two-at-a-time seems to be a tried and true format for the singer, with the better performing song becoming “the” single.

Take a listen to both below and let us know if she has a hit (or two) on her hands…

Kevin Hart may be expected to make a full recovery from the slew of physical injuries obtained after being involved in a major car crash last weekend (click here to read), his reputation on the other hand – namely among LGBT fans – may not be so fortunate.

The comedian certainly wasn’t generating any laughs when he took to HBO Sports’ series, ‘The Shop: Uninterrupted,’ alongside a star-studded group of guests that included chart-topping rapper/singer Lil Nas X.  In the episode – set to air in full Thursday night (September 5) – LNX discusses what inspired him to come out as a gay man at the height of his short, but storied career.

Hart’s insensitive questioning, interruptions during the 20-year-old’s speech, and downplaying the importance of the ‘Old Town Road’ star’s life event has incited fury among his supporters.  Taking to Twitter in droves to voice their disapproval, look inside to see highlights of the responses:

Just a month ago we reported Beyonce, thanks to the gems found aboard her curated ‘Lion King’ soundtrack effort, ‘The Gift,’ pushed her career total Billboard Hot 100 appearances up from 78 to 81.  The accomplishment broke a then-standing tie with Taylor Swift for the second-most placements on the tally (only Nicki Minaj has more).

Now, courtesy of the tunes found aboard her latest chart-topping album, ‘Lover’ (released August 23), Swift has re-assumed her position behind Minaj.  Billboard reports:

“While three songs [from Swift’s ‘Lover’ album] continue their chart runs and one re-enters, 14 debut, pushing her total to 95 career entries.”

Congratulations are due to Taylor!  While she ranks second to the Harajuku Barbie’s impressive 104 entries, her 95 career placements pencil her in history books as the female vocalist with the most appearances on the tally.

After 42 years of annual broadcast at CBS, 2018 marked the beginning of the ceremony’s airing from new network home E!.  Now, to continue the celebration of the show’s relocation, the 2019 class of nominees have been revealed and music stars Taylor Swift, Lizzo, Ariana Grande, Lil Nas X, and Ed Sheeran lead the pack with multiple nominations.

The words above, found aboard Offset and Cardi B‘s hit duet, ‘Clout,’ see their sentiment echoed by the femcee’s fans (affectionately called #BardiGang) on what seems to be a daily basis.

Just days after the diva took to social media to call out fans of Travis Scott for slamming her 2019 Grammy win for ‘Best Rap Album’ (click here to read more on that), the ‘I Like It’ diva didn’t like news that she was embroiled in yet another drama – this time with suburban pre-teen Rap group ZN8tion.
