Billie Eilish‘s third studio album, ‘Hit Me Hard & Soft,’ has hit digital shelves!
Released Friday (May 17), the 10-track effort comes as the follow-up to the chart-topping projects ‘When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?’ (2019) and ‘Happier Than Ever’ (2021).
Produced by her longtime collaborator and older brother, Finneas, ‘Hit’ comes as quite the unique milestone in Eilish’s career as it’s her first LP to hit shelves without a preceding single.
“This whole process has felt like I’m coming back to the girl that I was,” she told ‘Rolling Stone’ about the album. “I’ve been grieving her. I’ve been looking for her in everything, and it’s almost like she got drowned by the world and the media. I don’t remember when she went away.”
