After presiding over some handsome ratings for BET over its first season, ‘Ms. Pat Settles It‘ is looking to be guilty of the same with its second.

Toplined by actress-comedienne Patricia Williams (better known as Ms. Pat), the reality court series will assemble some of her closest comic and/or celebrity friends to render real judgments on cases that impact real relationships.

Notable jurors in the forthcoming season include familiar names like GRAMMY-nominated songbird Tamar Braxton as well as actor-singer Ray J, comedians Karlous Miller and Deray Davis, and Web personality-actress TS Madison.

Calling on Kourtlyn Wiggins to resume his role as her trusty bailiff, hop inside to get a glimpse of the hilarity set to ensue during the season 2 premiere of ‘Ms. Pat Settles It’ on July 31.

The reverberating impact of Beyonce‘s Country album ‘Cowboy Carter’ was present in more ways than one at the BET Awards 2024.

Indeed, beyond Queen Bey’s nominations and wins, Black Country artists featured on the set harnessed the buzz around their involvement on the blockbuster LP into performance slots on the main telecast.

Case in point Tanner Adell, who joined Beyonce on ‘Blackbird’ alongside fellow Black female acts Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy, and Reyna Roberts.

That Grape Juice was live at the BET Awards 2024 and caught up with Adell, who praised Beyonce for knocking down boundaries.

Speaking EXCLUSIVELY with TGJ’s Shar Jossell, she declared “Beyonce has opened a door that will be difficult to shut.”

Perrie Edwards ís hot on the promotional trail for her latest single. ‘Tears.’

The singer and former Little Mix member has unleashed the psychedelic video for the song that features plenty of 60s and 70s nostalgia, including trippy visuals and colorful outfits.

Speaking on the release, Edwards said:

“This song is about coming out of a bad situation and letting go of what has happened in the past. It’s that point where you feel empowered, and you leave the tears behind because you’ve come out the other side. It’s a sultry and smooth track that I’m really excited for you all to hear.”

The song follows her top 10 hit ‘Forget About Us.’

Ciara and Kelly Rowland were on hand at the Jhpiego’s Laughter is the Best Medicine Gala – and looked all sorts of stunning.

The GRAMMY winning R&B belles and longtime friends glowed at the health organization’s event, which was housed at the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills, California.

Rowland helped present CiCi with an award in recognition for her philanthropical efforts by way of her platform, Why Not You Foundation.
