21 years after topping R&B charts with his debut album, ‘Force of Nature,’ singer-songwriter Tank is hanging up his mic with the release of his final LP ‘R&B Money.’

Released Friday (August 19), the 17-track effort – which comes as his 10th studio project –  features guest star appearances from the likes of Chris Brown, Alex Isley, Rotimi, Vedo, and more and is preceded by the previously released singles ‘I Deserve,’ ‘Can’t Let It Show,’ and ‘Slow.’

Nearly 10 years after soaring into the top 20 of the R&B charts with their 2013 joint effort ‘Beat It,’ singer-rappers Sean Kingston and Chris Brown are reuniting with even higher Billboard heights in their sights.

Their new tune ‘Ocean Drive,’ found aboard the former’s forthcoming album ‘Deliverance,’ comes as an Island-inspired, summertime jam that sees the two toast to Miami while trading verses about trying to woo a romantic interest.

“Ride down ocean drive, No I’m not what you used to / But I’m someone you gon’ like girl I Could see you / Been choose some things let’s take a ride / In a drop top swtichin’ four lanes,” Sean sings at the top of the song.

Buoyed by a prominent sample of Eugene Wilde‘s 1984 classic ‘Gotta Get You Home Tonight,’ hop inside to hear ‘Ocean Drive’ in full.

Just weeks after news hit that Nick Cannon would be hanging up his talk show mic, the multi-hyphenate star is returning attention to his first love: music.

In what comes as his first musical body of work since 2020’s ‘The Miseducation of the Negro You Love to Hate,’ ‘Raw & B: The Explicit Tape’ – Cannon’s latest effort (released May 20) – collects a who’s who of R&B and Hip-Hop stars for its 14 tracks (nine of which contain features).

Calling on the likes of Brandy, Rick Ross, Chris Brown, K. Michelle, Jacquees, and more to assist, the project lives up to its title as it contains a number of tunes that leave little to the imagination.  However, it’s also balanced by cuts that speak of Cannon’s personal life – namely as it pertains to personal and professional growth, fatherhood, and more.

After thrilling with his Valentine’s Day single, ‘Luxury Love, GRAMMY-nominated R&B crooner Mario kept a low profile over most of the year as he reportedly put the finishing touches on his highly anticipated, yet-titled sixth studio album (the follow-up to 2018’s ‘Dancing Shadows’).

The latest taste of music expected to line the forthcoming project is the Chris Brown-assisted, ‘Get Back.’  A bedroom-ready bop, the song sees the R&B duo trade verses about longing to reunite with a distant lover.

“Gotta get back to your body (your body, babe) / When I close my eyes I feel you wrapped around me (I need it, need it) / Gotta get back to your body, yeah (oh)  Girl, you’re flawless like the diamonds…,” they sing on the mid-tempo tune.

After sharing track time over the years on previous tunes ‘Lower Body’ and ‘Blow My Mind,’ hitmakers Davido and Chris Brown reunite for the equally bopping new single, ‘Shopping Spree.’

Found on the former’s 2020 album, ‘A Better Time,’ ‘Spree’ also sees the cross-cultural duo get by with a little help from friend Young Thug (who Davido also previously collaborated with on the tune ‘Pere’).

The Masterdon-produced cut sees the trio brag about how they plan to splurge on the special ladies in their lives.

“Keep bendin’ up with the vibe, yeah / F*ck me like a slut and be the wife / Articulatin’, said she tryna ride / I told her ‘make a wish,’ she gon’ be mine, yeah / Bring me your love, you better not die,” raps Thug.

Barely two weeks before his debut studio album, ‘Moon Boy,’ lands on shelves, rapper Yung Bleu has unveiled the hotly-anticipated music video for his latest single, ‘Baddest.’

Tapping serial Urban hitmakers Chris Brown and 2 Chainz to assist, the clip arrives as the latest in a string of warmly received cuts from Bleu (i.e. ‘Ghetto Love Birds,’ the Coi Leray-assisted ‘Thieves in Atlanta,’ ‘Don’t Lie To Me,’ and more).

The SWV-sampling ‘Baddest,’ however, easily comes as a standout.

“Sexy motherf*cker, you the baddest one, gave you all my love, that sh*it been addin’ up, we should get away somewhere and run it up, you tryna fall in love, need you to bring all of your friends and let’s f*ck it up,” he raps on the Hitmaka, OG Parker, Romano, and Mike Woods-produced bop.

At writing, Wale and Chris Brown sit in the top 10 of real-time Rap iTunes tally with their latest joint single, ‘Angles’ (released June 18).

In an effort to ensure the OG Parker-produced bop (which features a prominent sample of Diddy and Usher‘s 2001 hit ‘I Need A Girl’) replicates such placement on Billboard charts, the duo have unveiled its official accompanying music video.

Directed by Daniel CZ, the clip shows the hitmaking twosome having fun in the sun poolside while admiring some female forms from every angle.

‘Loyal’ singer Chris Brown may have recently announced he has every intention on making his loyal fan base (affectionately called #TeamBreezy) ‘miss him’ before he adds new music to his lengthy discography, but that hasn’t slowed his contributions to the catalogs of others.

In addition to adding his signature vocal stylings to new songs from the likes of Tory Lanez, Sevyn Streeter, H.E.R., Jack Harlow, Mooski, and others over just the last few months (as we’ve reported here), the 32-year-old can most recently be found aboard Wale‘s new single, ‘Angles.’

In summer 2020, Alabama-reared rapper Mooski built major Web buzz on the back of his single ‘Track Star.’ Now, he’s looking to see the Hip Hop bop run up charts with the assistance of a few certified hitmakers.

While the tune’s been previously remixed by the likes of Trey Songz, Jacquees, and more, Mooski (born Darien Hinton) has unveiled an official revamp of the tune with a little help from GRAMMY-winning star Chris Brown as well as A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and Yung Bleu.

“She’s a liar, she a capper / She’d do anything for the Black Card / She give you her pain with a black heart (No) / Should of never let that shit get that far (Woah, woah) / It’s always been games with you (Oh) / Keepin’ score and changin’ moods (Oh),” Brown croons on the track.

With new song, ‘Already Best Friends,’ rapper-singer Jack Harlow may already be en route to nabbing his next smash hit.

Produced by JetsonMade, the Chris Brown-assisted bop is the latest released from Harlow’s debut studio album – 2020’s ‘That’s What They Say.’

In an effort to return the project to its former top 5 glory on the Billboard 200, Harlow and Brown boogied down to Tulum, Mexico for the song’s official music video.  Living it up in paradise, the duo show off some fancy footwork while surrounded by scantily clad models by the hot tub.

Together, Sevyn Streeter and Chris Brown have gifted music lovers memorable R&B gems like ‘It Won’t Stop,’ ‘Red Handed,’ ‘Deliverance,’ and more.  Now, the singer-songwriter duo are adding new song ‘Guilty’ to the list – the latest single from Streeter’s forthcoming sophomore album, ‘Drunken Wordz, Sober Thoughtz.’

Tapping A$AP Ferg to assist, the Chizzy-produced bop – which sees its performs trade verses about the complications of infidelity – is anchored by a sample of Total’s 1995 hit ‘Can’t You See’ (which itself is a sample of Godfather of Soul James Brown‘s 1974 smash ‘The Payback’).

“I know we in love / But not with each other, no, and we don’t mind / ‘Cause you’re still mine (Oh, babe)
If we keep it up (Up) / Then maybe these two wrongs might make it right / Don’t tell nobody,” Sevyn wails on the groovy track.
