A year after dropping his last official single (the Adekunle Gold and 2 Chainz-assisted ‘Room‘), Jeremih will undoubtedly have R&B music lovers making room on their playlists for his star-studded comeback tune ‘Wait on It.’

Calling on help from Urban music superstars Chris Brown and Bryson Tiller, ‘Wait’ is believed to be the first offering from Jeremih’s forthcoming string of EP releases due later this year.

“Might say what they wan’ say / Just might kiss on your lips right by your hips like mwah, bae / Pop champagne, order them this new Spumanté / Always talkin’ ’bout I’m a bad boy, sound like aunty / They throw shade like when my roof missin,” he croons on the Retro Future & Cássio-produced cut.

With the new song ‘Unlonely,’ singer-songwriters J. Valentine and Chris Brown add yet another gem to their list of collaborations (boasting joint efforts dating back as early as 2010).

“Bad b-tchеs be lonely / They be so lonely / She’d rather be horny in bed all alone / A hunnid f-ck n-ggas on read in her phone,” they croon on the Tank-produced chorus.

Unveiled just days after Brown guested on Valentine and Tank’s popular ‘R&B Money’ podcast, the song comes as the fourth lift from J.’s forthcoming debut album, ‘Conversations with Women,’ and follows tunes ‘Me on Me,’ ‘Before the Streets,’ and ‘The Day After.’

Chris Brown spent most of April riding atop headlines for showcasing some surprisingly fiery Rap skills (e.g. beef with Quavo and featuring on Nicki Minaj‘s ‘FTCU‘ remix), but now the R&B bad boy has returned to his claim to fame: singing.

Acting as the guest on rising songstress Skylar Blatt‘s new single ‘Wake Up,’ the two trade verses over a feel-good, summery TM88 production.

“Wе should go and wake up / Even though I know it ain’t much, still I’m herе / I don’t wanna fake love / Even though I know it’s fake love, all I feel,” Blatt sings on the chorus.

Tee Grizzley makes it clear he doesn’t GAF if a woman he is romantically interested in is off the market with his new single (aptly titled ‘IDGAF‘).

“I heard you, you got a man / You love that n-gga, you ain’t gotta tell me again,” raps Detroit son on the Chris Brown and Mariah the Scientist-assisted tune.

Marking his return to the music scene since dropping the ‘Controversy‘ album earlier this year, ‘IDGAF’ arrives alongside a music video directed by Blu and Mikey Rare.

With Tik Tok steam picking up behing their June 2-released collaboration ‘Don’t Give It Away,’ Def Jam recording artist Fridayy and R&B superstar Chris Brown are putting the promotional pedal to the metal by unveiling its accompanying music video.

Directed by Canadian director and photographer Dragan Andic (aka The. 97), the performance clip sees Breezy and Fridayy surrounded by sexy ladies at a dark and mysterious house party.

“We gon’ f-ck around and make a movie / Let me get it wetter than jacuzzi,” the singer-rapper croons on the track co-produced by Aidan Brody and KVRIM.

With the August 19 release of his 10th and final studio album ‘R&B Money’(click here to stream), singer-songwriter Tank is hanging up his mic and putting a period on critically acclaimed, 21-year music career.

Aboard the 17-track project are features from Blaq Tuxedo, Vedo, Rotimi, and a standout from GRAMMY-winning superstar Chris Brown.  Titled ‘See Through Love,’ the slow-burning groove sees the two trade verses about finally finding a love one can be transparent and emotionally secure with.
