As if the pressure of meeting or beating the critical and commercial acclaim that accompanied the respective solo efforts of his Migos brothers (Takeoff and Quavo) isn’t enough, Offset – ahead of his solo debut album’s December 14th release – says the mega-success of wife Cardi B only adds to it.

Hitting the promo trail in anticipation of its arrival, the 26-year-old took to NY Times to discuss how being married to music’s “it girl” has been a challenge and an inspiration.

Over two-and-a-half years have separated fans of Zayn Malik from his chart-topping debut album, ‘Mind of Mine,’ but that wait is set to come to an end a lot sooner than some may think.

Despite the singles that have led up to the announcement of his long-awaited sophomore project lacking the buzz of his inaugural solo single, ‘Pillow Talk,’ Malik’s had no shortage of attempts to gain momentum for the LP courtesy of buzz tracks ‘Too Much’ (featuring Timbaland), ‘No Candle No Light’ (featuring Nicki Minaj), and many more.

As fans grew impatient for the tunes’ parent project, the singer/songwriter took to Instagram to not only announce the set will be in stores December 14th, but that it was well worth the wait with a whopping 27 songs lining its track list.

Ariana Grande owes her fans, affectionately called #Arianators, a big “thank you” as they’ve kept her latest hit, ‘thank u, next,’ atop the Hot 100 for a third week.

The ode to her exes – her first chart-topper – debuted at the tally’s summit three weeks ago and has kept a tight grip since.  Billboard reports:

“Next,” released on Republic Records and which debuted as Grande’s first Hot 100 No. 1 on the chart dated Nov. 17, spends a third week atop Streaming Songs, with 43.8 million U.S. streams (down 31 percent) in the week ending Nov. 22, according to Nielsen Music.

The track drops to No. 4 after two weeks atop Digital Song Sales, with 23,000 downloads sold (down 47 percent) in the week ending Nov. 22, and debuts at No. 36 on Radio Songs, with 31.8 million in all-format airplay audience (up 45 percent), in the week ending Nov. 25.

The impressive figures, yet noted decline, do spell a strong chance for the song being unseated from the Hot 100’s throne next week.  Until then, look below to see who joins Grande in the top 25 on this week’s TGJ CHART CHECK:

Kanye West fans recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of the rapper’s fourth studio album, ‘808s & Heartbreak.’  Released November 24th, 2008, the set – which features the hits ‘Love Lockdown,’ ‘Heartless,’ ‘Coldest Winter,’ and more – is marked as a pivotal moment in the emcee’s career and modern Hip Hop history.
