‘Shining’ trio DJ Khaled, Beyonce, and Jay Z are doing just that atop the current iTunes chart with their soon-to-be-hit, ‘Top Off.’
Tapping chart-topping rapper Future to assist on its chorus, the quad of hitmakers unveiled the song last night as the kickoff single for Khaled’s forthcoming album, ‘Father of Asahd’ (click here to read more).
Not even 24 hours after its release the cut has chopped Drake‘s massive hit, ‘God’s Plan,’ from the top of the digital tally. See it inside:
Azealia Banks‘ affinity with 90s R&B, Jazz & UK Garage is displayed front and centre with her latest musical release today.
Its title? ‘Movin’ On Up.’
The track surfaced to support her new release ‘Fantasea II: The Second Wave’ which may feature appearances from Busta Rhymes and ‘I Want You Back‘ belle Mel B.

Blige, Toni Braxton, Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan, Patti Labelle, and many more, the set – completely comprised of tunes written by Babyface (barring ‘My Funny Valentine’) – is easily one of the most successful soundtracks of all time. That point was driven home by the Hot 100 successes of its singles.
As if spawning two #1 singles wasn’t enough (courtesy of Houston’s ‘Exhale (Shoop Shoop)’ and Braxton’s ‘Let It Flow’), the album also boasted two top 5 singles (Blige’s ‘Not Gon’ Cry’ and Brandy’s ‘Sittin Up In My Room’) and the top 10 hit ‘Count On Me’ (Houston & gospel legend Cece Winans).
