Diddy celebrated his 55th birthday today behind bars as he awaits trial on federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

For as prolific as Jones’ 70-year career was, his work with MJ is widely considered the mutual crowning jewel of their respective catalogs.

Together, the power pair crafted classics such as ‘Off The Wall’ and ‘Thriller’ – which remains the biggest-selling album of all time.

Fittingly, then, the Estate of the King of Pop – who died in 2009 at age 50 – have saluted Jones in earnest.
