Colman Domingo‘s dominance of the big screen continues with his newest movie ‘Sing Sing.’
Powered by A24, the film is based on the real-life Rehabilitation Through the Arts program at the Sing Sing maximum security prison.
The flick follows a group of inmates who create theatrical stage shows through the program, including ‘Breakin’ The Mummy’s Code.’
Domingo is joined on the cast by Paul Raci, Clarence Maclin, and Sean San José, as well as real-life former inmates who were authentically part of the ‘Sing Sing’ program while behind bars.
Set to hit US theaters in July, the first look trailer of the Greg Kwedar-directed movie has been unveiled.
