Mary J. Blige is in the ‘Thick Of It’ with soon-to-be-ex-husband Kendu Issacs.

As reported, the Queen of Hip-Hop/Soul filed for divorce from her manager-bae in August citing irreconcilable differences.

In the time since, headlines have been rife about the demands Issacs is making on the singer’s fortune. Specifically his colossal claims for spousal support.

Never one to hide her pain, MJB kicked off the European leg of her King & Queen Tour with Maxwell this week and actually incorporated the drama into her set’s opening.

Since the onset of Lady Gaga‘s career, comparisons to Madonna have been both plentiful and plaguing.

Matters weren’t helped when her Madgesty slammed the star for being “reductive” and taking the ‘Express Yourself’ a little too literally.

In the years since that 2012 jab, the Pop titans appeared to have mended fences – even posing for a picture together earlier this year.

Their respective fans, however, haven’t been so civil.

As such, when Gaga made a spirited plea for the comparisons to stop during a recent radio interview, some took it as a shade grenade. Especially when the singer cited her status as a songwriter as one of many key differentials.

Never one for silence, it appears Madonna has offered a subtle response.

‘Fresh Az I’m Iz’ rapper Bow Wow is fresh out of his three month retirement and is hoping you missed him.

Not even 90 days from taking to Instagram to unveil news his “final” album would be executive produced by rap legend Snoop Dogg (read more on that here), the emcee/actor has teamed up with fellows 2000s hitmaker Soulja Boy to announce a new joint album and subsequent tour.

The news, a complete shock to fans and followers of the duo, was sent into overdrive when they revealed the set, titled ‘Ignorant Sh*t,’ would be dropping soon…very soon:

A day before he hits the big 3-0, it appears Grammy winning rapper Drake is the one handing out gifts.  That’s right, as if laying claim to 2016’s best-selling album, ‘Views,’ wasn’t enough to make his year, it appears the 6 God is looking for a bit of a redo as he announced a new project.

Officially described as a “playlist, not a mixtape,” the set – which will be comprised of all original music – will be titled ‘More Life’ and is going to give his fans its namesake just in time for the holidays…

Following the recent release of Kelly Rowland‘s dance viral ‘Dumb,’ fans are awaiting her comeback with bated breath.

And it seems as though a reveal is near.

The songstress has been hinting at “newness” all week on social media, releasing stunning promo shots which featured her in some sassy poses.
