As club cuts go, few pack as potent a punch as Yo Gotti‘s ‘Down In The DM.’

A radio and Billboard smash, the track – love or loathe it – has been cited as a cultural reflector of today’s social media climate.

Already a respected entity in Hip-Hop circles, the song has catapulted the Epic Records rapper onto an international stage – especially when paired with the buzz about the Nicki Minaj assisted remix.

That Grape Juice sat down with the Memphis native to chat about the song’s success, its housing album ‘The Art Of Hustle,’ signing with LA Reid and more.

Cop a gander of Beyonce!

The dominating diva appears a-front of the May 2016 issue of Elle France.

Last week That Grape Juice revealed that the singer will, as part of an epic deal with the publication, cover 45-editions of the magazine.

At the time, it was unknown whether different covers to the US and UK ones would be serviced. Yet, just days later, the answer appears to be “yes!”

As reported, the features are part of an unprecedented promotional push for the 34-year-old’s new Topshop clothing live Ivy Park – a joint-ownership venture between King Bey and the fashion giant.

Zayn Malik is certainly making quite the name for himself by his lonesome since departing top-selling band One Direction.

Launching his first single, ‘Pillowtalk,’ to critical and commercial acclaim, the tune ousted fellow Urban Pop heartthrob, Justin Bieber, right out of the top spot on the Hot 100 with its debut.  Granted, the reign was a short one, but nevertheless the tune’s ongoing performance would be indicative of his popularity as a solo star.

The truest test of it came this week, however, as its parent album – ‘Mind of Mine’ – made its way onto shelves.  Quickly crowned a shoo-in for #1 with predictions of 220-250,000 sold its first week, fans were stunned to learn its truest prediction would fall fairly short of that sum.

Now, despite still laying claim to the top position on the refreshed Billboard 200 next week, a full sales week behind him sees the final tally clock even less than the revised prediction…
