adele thatgrapejuice billboard 200 10th

Prior to this week, Taylor Swift was the only artist this century with the distinct honor of seeing two of her albums top the Billboard 200 for at least 10 weeks or more.  Now, thanks to sales spilling over from award and talk show appearances, she’s joined by another mega-selling diva:  Adele.

Fending off the likes of Justin Bieber and Rihanna for yet another week, Addy adds a 10th week to the chart reign of her latest album ’25.’ But, if this isn’t enough for the powerhouse diva to celebrate, its predecessor ’21’ (which enjoyed a whopping 24 weeks at the top during its prime) is back on the ascent!

See where it, and all your other favorite albums of the day, landed on this week’s Billboard 200:

teyana taylor thatgrapejuice new video undercover

New mom Teyana Taylor took approximately no time to get back to business, as evidenced by her newest visual ‘Undercover.’

Following last month’s ‘Touch Me’ (found alongside ‘Undercover’ on ‘The Cassette Tape 1994’ mixtape), the new video sees the songstress pay homage to the 90s – one of her favorite eras of music (see: references to Janet Jackson, fashion, and so much more).  With its Bell Biv Devoe ‘Poison’ sample in tow, ‘Undercover,’ and its Elijah Steen-directed visual, is one helluva ride down memory lane.

“Tidal for all” is looking more like “Tidal for some” if you ask Yesh Music, LLC and John Emanuele from the band, the American Dollar.

For, despite launching the streaming service as an answer to artists’ cry for underpayment by streaming’s major players, Jay’s effort is being met with a $5 million class action suit from plaintiffs (listed above) who allege Tidal streamed over 100 of their copyrighted songs without paying back any royalty payments in the process.
