Perseverance.
It’s a word Nicole Scherzinger must be well acquainted with.
Because, despite a number of setbacks with her music career post the Pussycat Dolls, the 36-year-old is pressing on.
This week saw the star share a snap of herself back in the recording studio, the first time since sophomore album ‘Big Fat Lie’ imploded on the UK charts last year. The set, like her first effort ‘Killer Love,’ was limited to a European roll-out only.
Interestingly, though believed to have been dropped by Sony Music in the UK, she is still affiliated with the label stateside by way of her intact partnership with Epic Records.
An educated guess suggests this means her new output will focus more on achieving US success, something that has eluded her for some time.
We’re lighting a candle and saying a prayer in hope of a better tomorrow for the the singer. She’s too talented to not have a her solo moment – be that a single, an album, or even a feature at this point.
