Controversial Queen of Pop Madonna is used to seeing her name pop up over headlines worldwide, but the last 24 hours has seen that feat accomplished for all the wrong reasons.

Taking to Coachella last night, the ‘Causing A Commotion’ singer did just that after she locked lips with rapper Drake – an incident that incited a media and viewer backlash.

Making her the pun of a number of ageist jokes as the rapper appeared to be less than pleased with her antic, he’s finally taken to Instagram to clear up any confusion about his response.

Peep this pic taken of Beyonce’s mother, Tina Knowles, on her second wedding day yesterday.

The fashion designer wed actor Richard Lawson in a private ceremony in Newport Bach, California after 33 years of friendship, calling their nearest and dearest to watch them as they became man and wife.

Their union sees Beyonce earn a step-father in the actor and a step-sister in the actress Bianca Lawson.

Fans of the latter will know her from roles played in the hit 90s shows ‘Sister Sister‘ and ‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer‘ in which she played the vampire slayer Kendra Young.

Adam Lambert is no stranger to breaking new ground.

Standing proud as the first openly gay artist to top the Billboard 200, the ‘American Idol’ has seen his career do just that since he rose to fame on the wings of the singing competition.

This year, after stepping into Freddie Mercury’s shoes to pen the latest chapter in Queen’s story, Lambert continues to do more of the same with his new single ‘Ghost Town’, the bop pulled from his forthcoming album ‘The Original High.’

Two words to describe this Max Martin produced jam?

A hit.

The number is set to premiere on April 21st and when it does fans will hear the star fuse Folk with EDM to create what we’d say is his strongest single to date, armed with the kind of bells and whistles that’ll see him strike big on the Hot 100.

Fortunately, this is no generic jam, seeing the performer deal with the perils of fame with lyrics just as soulful as the voice that carries them.

The Mariah Carey machine is in full motion.

Mimi will release hits compilation ‘#1 To Infinity’ on May 18th. Primarily designed to plug her Las Vegas ‘#1’s’ residency, it appears the LP will also be used as a vehicle to push her new single ‘Infinity.’

Following this morning’s album tracklist reveal, the singer has now announced when fans can expect to hear the set’s sole new song. She also confirmed when its video will arrive.

One year ago, Danity Kane were gearing up to hit the road on their ‘No Filter Tour.’ Fast forward to today and the climate is altogether different.

The group have once again disbanded and its members have spun off in different directions.

As reported, next month with see the premium diva unleash her latest greatest hits collection ‘#1 To Infinity‘ onto the masses.

The 19-track set will include all 18 of the superstar’s US #1 singles and will also feature new track ‘Infinity’ – it has been confirmed.
