Nicki Minaj had to say on Tyga‘s involvement with her rising jam ‘Truffle Butter’ this week, revealing just how a version of the cut with him on it surfaced online.

She dished on the mater during a recent interview with BBC1xtra,taking to the platform to tease her forthcoming world tour and share fresh thoughts on her relationship with ‘Daddy’ rapper Meek Mill and Lil Wayne’s ongoing feud with their label boss Birdman.

Pop prince Nathan Sykes teases his forthcoming solo album with a brand new jam today, unlocking the bop ‘More Than You’ll Never Know‘ as a buzz cut!

Sykes hasn’t announced what his debut solo LP is to be called, but did tease the project after unleashing ‘Know’ last night.

Rihanna is quite literally covering all bases in the campaign for her long awaited eighth album.

The 27-year-old has featured a-front of a growing list of magazines since the start of the year, a trajectory that continued today with the unwrapping of her new Harper’s Bazaar China cover.

She may be one of the most mediocre “talents” in the music industry, but there’s no denying…she looks all sorts of fierce! If only she didn’t sing like she was spinning in a washing machine. Sigh.

In any case, for RiRi’s sake, her serially delayed LP needs to come with as much of a sting as her look.

Rihanna is really on a roll.

Having teased and titillated with snippets of new songs ‘Dancing In The Dark’ and ‘Higher’, the Puma model has unwrapped another cut – ‘American Oxygen’ – in a brand new commercial.

Laced over an advertisement for NCAA’s March Madness (which airs March 17th), the song features in the 30 second spot which also sees the star “performing”.

The name ‘Selma’ is ringing many bells in 2015.

Indeed, despite losing out on the ‘Best Picture’ Academy Award this year for the 2014 Ava Duvernay historical film developed in its honor, the film remains a highly recommended watch by fans and critics.  A timely affair as March 7th, 2015 marks the 50th anniversary of the city’s infamous ‘Bloody Sunday,’ the movie kicked off what is set to be a number of tributes in homage to the Alabama town’s mark on history.

The most notable acknowledgements will come via this weekend’s 40+ events commemorating the march on the Edmund Pettus Bridge, including an all-star concert featuring the likes of T.I., Tamar Braxton, Anthony Hamilton, Rick Ross, and Fantasia as well as appearances from President Barack Obama, Mary J. Blige and Bono of U2.  And, while fans of ‘Do What U Want‘ co-stars Lady Gaga & R. Kelly were disappointed to find out the duo will not be performing (as previously reported), some are expressing even deeper disappointment that ‘Ice Ice Baby’ star Vanilla Ice has been billed as a featured performer.

He may have just faced legal trouble for home invasion and burglary charges, but now it seems the former hitmaker is being accused of stealing another piece of black culture something else:

Rihanna‘s eighth new album may be missing in action, however the Roc Nation priori is pressing ahead with her efforts for new movie ‘Home’.

The model takes on the lead role in the DreamWorks animation, hence naturally assumes the lion-share of duties for its accompanying soundtrack (which also features Jennifer Lopez).

Last month brought with it the debut of ‘Towards The Sun’ from the film’s OST. Today, however, ushers in the the preview of another cut – ‘Dancing In The Dark’.

As to celebrate her forthcoming show in the city of London, Dawn Richard releases the jam ‘New Or Lean’ today, doing so with the help of its producer Swagg R’Celious!

The cut makes its debut as the singer gears up to promote her album ‘Blackheart‘ internationally after it failed to make much of a commercial splash in the US.
