The campaign for Rihanna‘s eighth studio album may be in disarray, but it’s business as usual for the star on the singles front.

A week has passed since the 26-year-old unwrapped new song ‘FourFiveSeconds’, which features Kanye West and Paul McCartney.
So what better time than the present to give supporters a behind the scenes look at its accompanying visual. Especially as, at this point, the clip may be the release’s only saving grace after a lukewarm response from fans, critics and the charts.

The ‘Your Body’ belter, whose return to ‘The Voice’ hits screens next month, stopped by Extra this week to chat about her chart and TV comeback, as well as her new daughter Summer Rain.

For those salivating for her new material as much as we are, the 34-year-old elaborated on the record process of her upcoming album. Interestingly, she confirmed the speculation that fellow Voice co-star Pharrell Williams is indeed in the mix of the LP.

With new single ‘FourFiveSeconds’ struggling on iTunes, Puma model Rihanna is back to her usual antics.

Hoping to ignite buzz for the song, which is currently trailing behind releases from Mark Ronson, Bruno Mars, and Ed Sheeran, the 26-year-old has released new snaps of herself in barely any clothing.

The images are lifted from RiRi’s i-D magazine shoot and were lensed by Paolo Roversi.

Given how vocal her fans have been about their dislike for ‘FourFive’, Ms. Fenty will need to serve up more than boobies and bantu knots if she’s to reverse the feeling of “basic” that currently defines her new music.
