Alicia Keys is hoping to heat up the summer with the release of her sixth studio album.

The campaign kicked off with the debut of buzz cut ‘In Common,’ which received rave reviews – but didn’t scale the charts as perhaps hoped.

Still, having attended a recent showcase staged by the singer we know she has a number of ace cards up her sleeve. One of which is the haunting ‘Hallelujah.’

Select promotional spots, such as SNL, have seen her perform the track. However, she springs a Friday surprise with the premiere of the studio version.

Rihanna and Calvin Harris have unleashed the video for their smash hit single ‘This Is What You Came For.’

The cut reunites the ‘We Found Love’ collaborators and has enjoyed immense success in doing so – reaching #7 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #2 in the UK.

In a bid to push the track even higher and cement it as a club staple, its accompanying visual makes a direct bid to the dance crowd. Strobe lighting and all.

‘Genie In a Bottle‘ beauty Christina Aguilera is finally granting the wish of new music for her fans and it’s all for a good cause.

Courtesy of the heartfelt ballad ‘Change,’ a gripping number lifted in dedication to the victims of the heinous nightclub shooting that took place in Orlando over the weekend, the Grammy winner belts some of her most emotionally charged lyrics to date.  While the tune is still scheduled to make its official premiere on ‘Ryan Seacrest’ tomorrow, it’s made its way to Apple Music tonight for your listening pleasure.

‘Heart Attack’ hitmaker Demi Lovato is still under attack after shade thrown at pop icon Mariah Carey was detected earlier today – much to the disapproval of Carey’s faithful fanbase (affectionately christened #Lambs).

Lovato, readying a co-headlining North American tour with fellow pop singer Nick Jonas, took to social media to clap back at a meme originally made to diss Ariana Grande.  Coming to the ‘Dangerous Woman’ singer’s defense, Demi’s first comment not only made headlines, but her follow-up – which explained why she stood by her diss – only incited further Twitter attack.

The music landscape is changing at the speed of light.

The latest entity to embrace the format is the Grammy Awards.

Late Rap icon Tupac is the latest artist to receive the biopic treatment.

‘All Eyez On Me’ arrives 20 years after the sudden passing of the Hip-Hop pioneer, who was fatally shot in 1996.

Directed by Benny Boom, anticipation for the flick has been sky-high – especially following the box office success of N.W.A bio ‘Straight Outta Compton’ last summer.

Now, on what would have been the star’s 45th birthday, a first look trailer for the flick has unleashed. The resemblance between lead Demetrius Shipp Jr and the rapper is uncanny.
