The 86th Annual MLB All-Star game was treated to a rousing rendition of the U.S. National Anthem by ‘I Bet’ belter Ciara tonight.

Held at Cincinnati’s Great American Ball Park, the outing comes as the Grammy winner’s first televised showing of the famously trying number.

Jason Derulo‘s latest jam ‘Cheyenne’ is already gliding its way up the Pop charts.

Smartly, though, the hit vendor isn’t resting on previous successes. He’s already hitting the TV circuit in support of the cut – the second to be lifted from his aptly titled fourth album ‘Everything Is 4.’

‘So You Think You Can Dance’ was the stage on which the 25-year-old decided to provide the first live showing of the track.

After watching Lorde speed into her Alternative lane with her debut album ‘Pure Heroine’ Ms. Rey has returned to Pop’s scene with the song ‘Honeymoon.’

The number features on the follow-up to her last album ‘Ultraviolence’ and leads the way for the set which is expected to make its way to retailers in September.

“An artist’s personal and/or moral failure has no bearing on his or her ability to do a job (singing, acting, etc.)” – an argument lent by many-a-diehard fan of stars embattled in scandals.

From the most recent controversies surrounding songstress Ariana Grande and entertainer Bill Cosby to King of Pop Michael Jackson and King of R&B R. Kelly, some of entertainment’s most celebrated faces have found themselves royally discharged by even their staunchest supporters after news broke of their involvement in an illegal or immoral dealing.

And, while some careers suffer temporary setbacks while others see more permanent mar, the truth remains: many of these offenders commit infractions that in no way changes their ability to perform nor does it negate any of their professional achievements to date.

As such, it begs the question:  how much should personal decisions affect one’s professional dealings?

The performer graces its pages as she continues to receive praise for her role as the leading lady in the broadway showing of ‘Chicago’ and after unconfirmed industry whispers linked her to a recording deal with Epic records.

Nathan Sykes has good reason to celebrate this week.

For, his debut single ‘Kiss Me Quick’ stormed the Official Singles Chart at #14 before he makes his way to the U.S. for a number of live shows.

How he did it? A fan base that was treated an intimate live show in London recently. There, he performed material from his forthcoming solo album and dined with them before ‘Quick’s speedy ascent into the Top 20.
