As Billboard Biz reports that her parting from manager Troy Carter partially stemmed from a fight they were engaged in around the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards, Lady GaGa continues on in her effort to support her new album ‘ARTPOP’ this week.

How she intends to do so? Well, the answer to that question comes courtesy of Bob Pitmman‘s ‘Clear Channel Communications’, with whom she has inked an exciting new deal with to push the LP’s material to audiences far and wide.

Earlier this year, Chris Brown and Frank Ocean found themselves rocking many a headline after engaging in a brawl that led to Ocean’s cousin filing a lawsuit against the ‘Wall to Wall’ singer.

Named Sha’keir Duarte, Ocean’s relative took legal action against Brown after he claimed the January 27th assault had seen him suffer humiliation, concussion and mental anguish.

Now, Chris is biting back, filing a countersuit against his supposed victim.

Four years after Urban press pitted her against Grammy nominated Rap royal Nicki Minaj, Lola Monroe continues on in her quest for mainstream recognition this year, without the aid of former mentor Wiz Khalifa.

For, after partying ways with the performer’s ‘Taylor Gang’, Monroe now finds herself free of the ‘business differences’ she blames for the relationship’s demise, bidding adieu to Khalifa and gearing up to dominate 2014 with a brand she hopes rises well past ‘rookie’ status in 2014.

Her first stop? DJ Vlad’s sofa…where she bared all on her time in the ‘Gang’ and her thoughts on ‘1991’ performer Azealia Banks.

The above was one of the many questions posed to the female Rapper during her recent interview with DJ Whoo Kid, with who she caught up via telephone hours ago.

Why their conversation made for such an interesting listen? Well, ever eager to raise topics others won’t, the DJ’s line of questioning saw him touch very telling ground. Ground, that saw Minaj explain the conception of her 2010 collaboration with Eminem and her feelings towards Drake’s current relationship with the Young Money music group.

After the debacle that was Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj‘s stint on American Idol, it appears producers are looking to defrost the ice on the panel and re-embrace the warmer tone of previous seasons.

Set to return to FOX in January, a new teaser for season 13 has been unwrapped, featuring judges Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and new Idol freshman Harry Connick Jr.

B.Smyth gifts the clubs up and down the country an unexpected treat today, doing so by tributing ‘twerk teams’ with a new number named….’Twerkaholic.’

Though the song’s production and melody called for a stronger theme and better writing, the number goes a long way to showcase Smyth‘s vocals and the conviction that- when armed with that face- have elevated him to pin up status in the eyes of many a R&B disciple.
