For Chris Brown, using his influence to give back to his community has become just as important as the influence he uses to shift music.

In proving that, his Symphonic Love foundation did its part to aid those in need, when he launched an initiative to donate 1,000 pairs of free sneakers to deprived children in the California area, spending his entire day (July 20th) meeting with those he set out to help.

While there, he caught up with ‘Hollywood Life’ for an exclusive interview, which saw him reveal his feelings towards the Trayvon Martin case, and why he’s chosen not to rekindle his relationship with ‘Rogue’ belle Rihanna.

There are no if’s, but’s, or maybe’s when it comes to how seriously Beyonce takes her craft. However, in a hilarious new clip, the industry’s top stage blazer shows that she’s able to laugh at herself when things go awry. 

While performing set-closer ‘Halo’ at the Montreal stop of ‘The Mrs. Carter Show’ last night, the diva’s luscious locks became entangled in her trademark wind-machine. What followed was a vocally on-point, yet super “static” rendition of the track.

Nicki Minaj is on a roll!

Shortly after watching her global album sales edge nearer to 6 million units and her first ‘Pink Friday’ pull in a sweet million in the UK alone, the light lyric soprano shares a snap from the shoot of its follow up.

Try as we might to call her out on her voice, nothing could ever take away from Rihanna‘s skill at spotting a hit and working it to its full potential.

In today’s industry, artists, actors, and anyone making a claim to the “entertainer” title must embrace being a brand if success is the name of their game.

One needn’t look further than this year’s Forbes ‘Top Earning Celebrities Under 30’ list for the most potent proof of this.

Sitting atop of the tally is Lady GaGa, who does so despite having not released new music since 2011. It is the ‘ARTPOP’ purveyor’s gargantuan tour gross (see: ‘Born This Way Ball’) and success in the fragrance arena that cements her name above the other on the list. Consider yourself a 2 Chainz fan, and in need of new material from the Rapper?

If so, you’ll be pleased to learn that September 10th will birth the release of his brand new album, ‘Me Time‘, featuring contributions from ‘Get Lucky’ maestro Pharrell Williams.
