As reported here, ‘Dip It Low’ darling Christina Milian has landed a spot on season 2 of NBC’s ‘The Voice’ as a social correspondent.  Joining ‘Voice’ residents Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green, Blake Shelton, and Christina Aguilera, the young starlet shared this photo snapped of the Christinas behind the scenes.  The photo surfaces shortly after 2012 Grammy nominations were unveiled and listed every judge on the hit reality show separately nominated for at least one award.

Congratulations are certainly in order for the cast as they prep ‘The Voice’, set to return to the air on February 5 on NBC (after the Super Bowl).  The Grammys follow just a week later on February 12th.

Thanks AguileraOnline!

Will the third time be the charm? Such is undoubtedly the hopes of Little Monsters as ‘Paparazzi’ performer Lady Gaga readies for a faceoff against other leading acts Adele, Bruno Mars,  Rihanna, and Foo Fighters for the coveted ‘Album of the Year’ trophy at the 2012 Grammys.  As this is Gaga’s third consecutive nomination for the prize with only as many releases under her belt,‘Born This Way’ may break the singer’s losing streak.

With the awards show only a few months away, Ms. Germonatta can be found still forging her way through an extensive promotional path for her latest single ‘Marry the Night’.  Most recently spotted headlining the KIIS FM Jingle Bell Ball (not to be confused by the London-hosted Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball), see Ms. G speak on her latest nomination with MTVNews after the jump:

Christmas is coming early for fans of ‘Fantasy’ diva Mariah Carey.  For while her faithful lambs await the visual for her John Legend-assisted ‘When Christmas Comes’, the songstress took to Twitter to announce:

Full shot of the teaser before… me taping a nice Christmas special for the lambs.. hint: “MC”

The capacity or outlet for the ‘special’ has yet to be revealed, but if any of Mimi’s previous antics are anything to go by it will be a grand affair.  The announcement follows reports that the record-setting diva has notched yet another Billboard milestone as she presently occupies the first #1 on Billboard’s newly unveiled ‘Holiday Songs’ charts this week with the revamp of ‘All I Want For  Christmas Is You’ with Justin Bieber.

Miami dance machine Jason Derulo looked to capitalize on his hitmaker status at the 2011 Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball by bringing a bevy of hits to the occasion.  ‘It Girl’, ‘Don’t Wanna Go Home’, and ‘Fight For You’ were just a few of Derulo’s latest chart-riders the crooner rolled out for the loving London audience.

While ‘We Found Love’ vocal less Rihanna found herself struggling through her numbers, Derulo polished that trusty backing track to assist him through his multi-song set.

Type  the name Misha B into Google Search today and the results- to say the least- are quite unfortunate.

For, in what is sure to be the reason behind her continuous run in the bottom two each week, every other story details so-called accounts of ‘tantrums‘ and ‘hissy fits‘ thrown by the singer in response to her fears of being axed from the show.

Expected to be voted off the series tonight,  there are many who feel her negative portrayal in the media will make scoring both a record deal and positive public opinion an impossible task.

Now we want to know.

Do you feel the negative press Ms.B is currently receiving have scarred her career prospects?

A fortnight ago, Rihanna‘s UK fan base took her latest project ‘Talk That Talk‘  to top of the album chart and helped her to score her third #1 LP in the country.

However, as of this chart week, the album- in unison with it’s lead single ‘We Found Love‘, is no longer the nation’s highest selling release.
