‘Bleeding Love’ belter Leona Lewis wasn’t exactly showing much love to chart rivals in a recent interview with ‘Time Out Dubai’.  The 26-year-old, whose most recent ‘Collide‘-lead LP ‘GlassHeart’ was pushed back to a March release, lent her opinion on the current status of the music industry’s vocalists to the worldly magazine, even suggesting reality talent show contestants best their established counterparts.

While many-a-talent show, including ‘American Idol’, ‘The Voice’, and Lewis’ own native ‘X Factor’ have boasted immeasurable talents in their years, is Leona’s assessment far-fetched?

‘Marry the Night‘ maestra Lady Gaga can be seen striking an ever interesting pose for the latest issue of L’uomo Vogue.  Including photos shot by Inez & Vinoodh (part of the Haus of Ü series), the pop eccentric is snapped in an array of photos whose theme was borrowed from her hit ‘You And I’ video.  Never one to shy away from ‘over-exposure’, you can see the singer bare all (in more ways than one) in this January 2012 Vogue Italia issue.

Kelly Rowland ushers in the New Year with a stunning new shoot for ‘This Is London’ magazine.

NBC’s ‘The Voice’ just got a whole lot bigger.

Yes, in what will sure to have the folk  over at American Idol and X Factor feeling all kinds of competitive, today saw NBC announce news that will viewers of the hit show even more of a reason to tune in.

Ne-Yo, Kelly Clarkson, Lionel Richie, Baby Face, Jewel, Alanis Morisette and Robin Thicke have signed on to star in show’s second season.

Last night, pedestrians in the city of New York got the surprise of their lives when they spotted ‘A Star Is Born Actress‘ Beyonce  making her way through the city, accompanied by her mother Tina Knowles and her now infamous baby bump.

Reportedly leaving her own office building, her sighting will be sure to silence those who had suggested that she had given birth to her baby during the Christmas period.

It also arrives after close friend Lady GaGa shared her thoughts on the entertainer’s pregnancy in an interview with ‘The Insider‘.

To say the very least, the current line up of the Brit trio the Sugababes have -quite unfortunately -become somewhat of a poorly written joke.

Now, following the embarrassment that was the trio’s ‘Freedom’,  fans of the group’s original line up can breathe a sigh of relief today.

Indeed, if reports that surfaced today are to believed, Sugababes 1.0 have reformed and are readying new music in a bid to launch an assault on the UK charts later on this year.

For an artist who had previously been reluctant to jump on the craze that is social media, triple threat song bird Beyonce‘s online credentials are pretty impressive, to say the very least.

Indeed, with over 2 million followers despite the fact that she has never graced the world with a tweet and over 29 million ‘Likes’ on her official Facebook page,social media has slowly but surely helped to reaffirm the singer’s status as one of the world’s most celebrated women.
