A racier affair than that output of the K-Pop boyband, the edgy track is heating up the streaming scene and looks set to deliver dynamite results on the charts.

News of its commercial touchdown comes as Jung Kook unlocks a special performance video of the track, which arrives just a day after its official music video.

City Girls star JT has unlocked the video for her new single ‘No Bars.’

The fiery track serves as the first official solo offering from the femcee, who has long been praised for her lyrical prowess and distinct delivery.

More than a track touting her gravitas, JT’s ‘No Bars’ is an offering she’s morphing into a movement.

For the star has launched the No Bars Reform initiative to support women behind bars. Its goal was shared on its official website:

“After spending almost two years in a Florida Prison before being released in 2020, JT has vowed to use her voice and platform to help other incarcerated women rehabilitate into society by assisting with resources such as therapy, job placement, social services, and housing.”

Kiana Ledé may have missed the Billboard 200 entirely with the premiere of her sophomore album, the June 16-released ‘Grudges,’ but that hasn’t stopped the burgeoning R&B diva from pushing full steam ahead in its support.

Her latest promotional effort comes courtesy of a guest spot on ‘Open Mic‘ – the official live series of lyrics hub of Genius – performing her ‘Grudges’ single, ‘Deeper.’

“Come and kiss my flaws / Seduce my mind / Hope you got stamina for life / Baby, go deep / I wanna feel you go deeper, deeper,” she croons over the Patrick McManus-produced instrumental.

GRAMMY-winning superstars Lil Wayne and H.E.R. were tapped to be the musical entertainment for the 2023 ESPY Awards, which celebrates the year’s best and brightest athletes across all forms of sports.

Presented live from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Wednesday (July 12), the ESPY’s 31st annual edition welcomed Wayne as the show opener – setting the tone with a rocking rendition of his 2008 hit ‘A Milli.’

Later, H.E.R. delivered a passionate performance of her latest single, the heart-tugging ballad ‘The Journey,’ in tribute to the 30th anniversary of basketball coach Jimmy Valvano’s inspirational speech at the first ESPYS in 1993.

Beyonce was one of many notable names on-hand at the Brooklyn Public Library last night where the life and legacy of JAY-Z were celebrated by way of an immersive exhibition.

Queen Bey toasted the Rap royal at his hometown honoring, along with the likes of Blue Ivy, DJ Khaled, and Alicia Keys.

Reportedly a surprise to the MC, the event brought with it an exhibit – ‘The Book of HOV’ – which visually spotlighted his iconic album covers, key lyrics, awards, and much more.

The spectacle was mounted in tandem with the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Hip-Hop.

When it comes to breaking chart records, few can boast a more royal track record than Rap Queen Nicki Minaj.

As if being the first female act (of any genre) to collect 100 Hot 100 hits wasn’t enough to brag about, she is listed as the most top 10 and top 20 hit-decorated female rapper in the chart’s 64-year history – a title she extended last week with the #7 debut of the Ice Spice-assisted ‘Barbie World.’

Spotlighting the latter point, Minaj banked her 23rd top 10 hit with the ‘Barbie’ arrival – not only extending her record among female rappers but putting her in some pretty exclusive company overall.
