Kesha is back with her brand new album ‘Gag Order.’
Serving as the Pop performer’s fifth studio effort, the LP is preceded by singles ‘Eat The Acid,’ ‘Fine Line,’ and ‘Only Love Can Save Us Now.’
Executive produced by Rick Rubin, the project follows 2020’s ‘The High Road’ and serves as yet another musical metamorphosis for Kesha, who says of the record:
“Without the darkness there is no light. So I let my darkness have the light. I can’t fight the truth. Life is difficult and painful. It is for everyone. An artist doesn’t exist to make others happy. I believe an artist gives voice, motion, color to the emotions we all have. The good emotions, and the unmanageably f*cking miserable ones.”

With only a month separating music lovers from ‘Chemistry‘ – Kelly Clarkson‘s highly anticipated ‘divorce album’ due June 23 – the diva is hoping to give them even more reason to cop a copy.
Despite already garnering critical acclaim for the LP’s leading singles, ‘Me’ and ‘Mine,’ Clarkson – having missed the Hot 100 with both tunes – is hoping for a warmer response with their follow-up: ‘Favorite Kind of High.’
Introduced via a one-night-only performance of its parent project at Los Angeles’ Belasco Theatre filmed in April, the recorded version of ‘High‘ was produced by Jesse Shatkins and sees Kelly croon about the euphoria of finding new love.
“You’re my favorite kind of high / Rushin’ through me like a fire / And I need you to know / I say I won’t, but I do / When it comes to lovin’ you,” she sings on the summer-ready cut.

Jason Derulo fans barely had time to get acquainted with his April-released single ‘Glad U Came’ before the serial hitmaker unleashed another single for their listening pleasure.
Titled ‘When Love Sucks,’ the new Club-Pop bop was produced by Pink Slip, Jakke Erixson, Sam Martin, Spencer Bastian, as well as Tor Eimon and calls on assistance from GRAMMY-nominated English songstress Dido.
“When love sucks, it sucks / And you’re the best and the worst I had / But if you there when I wake up / Then it’s not so bad,” Derulo croons on the cut that samples Dido’s unforgettable 2000 smash ‘Thank You.’

Queen Naija has kept quiet for most of 2023 despite kicking the year off with the critically acclaimed cut, ‘Let’s Talk About It.’
Now, the singer-songwriter is ready to get folks talking about her new music again by dropping the Mike Woods-penned ‘Words of Affirmation.’
“Worthy, tell me I’m worthy / I’ll be your peace and everything you need / Just promise not to hurt me,” Naija croons on the emotional cut.
A peek into her love language on the romantic and self-love tip, ‘Affirmation’ is believed to be yet another taste of the gems set to line the yet-titled follow-up to her 2020 chart-topping debut album ‘Missunderstood.’
